A Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) is an inspection-based evaluation of
existing buildings and infrastructure. Each structure is inspected and
evaluated for the condition of its systems, components, and finishes.
Identified deficiencies are documented and assigned an estimated cost and a
repair priority.
Washington County conducted an FCA of the Expo grounds in 2024. The
assessment covered the existing buildings, barns, and site infrastructure.
The County uses the findings in planning maintenance, repair, and capital
projects.
