The Renter Agrees to follow the rules and terms below:
- Renter will bring their own shavings - Washington County Expo does not supply.
- Renter is responsible for putting trash in green dumpsters and keeping the area around their pens in a clean sanitary condition at all times.
- Before Leaving renter agrees to remove all zipties and trash.
- Renters are responsible for their children making sure that they are supervised at all times.
- There should be no loud music or excessive noise that can be heard from at least 25 feet.
- Renter will not move, relocate, change any gate, or remove panels to make larger pens. If done so a Pen Modification Fee will be charged.
- Trailers can be parked only between Barn 1 and the Food Court - along the Independence Road Fence Line or in the Softball Field Across the road from Barn 3 - Gate D. Do not park under the Entertainment Plaza or the Food Court.
- Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. This is reason for immediate eviction without refund.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, ask renter to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstance it deems necessary. There will be no refund if asked to vacate.
