2026 Multipurpose Facility

The main arena floor sits at the center of the roughly 75,000 square foot building, ringed by tiered bleacher seating on three sides, with the roughly 3,000-seat capacity optimized for viewing and flexibility. A welcoming entrance runs along the front, so attendees pass through concessions, restrooms, and ticketing on their way in, with admin offices and storage tucked behind.

Flanking the arena floor on both sides are dedicated rough stock holding areas, where rodeo livestock wait before entering the ring.

To the west of the main arena is a separate warm-up arena, giving competitors room to prepare without interfering with what is happening on the main floor.

Running the full width of the site behind both arenas is a 148-stall horse barn, with wash bays, restrooms, and mechanical rooms at each end, plus a dedicated show office.

Think of the arena as a stone dropped into Washington County's economic pool every year. The moment it opens, money starts moving and that money doesn't stop with the first splash. It ripples outward, through local businesses, into paychecks, and eventually into tax revenue that funds the city, county & state.

This table traces that ripple, one ring at a time, once the arena reaches its stabilized year "Year 3 or 4" the point where operations have settled into their expected, ongoing pace, rather than an unusually strong or weak opening season.

• Direct Spending — the drop. Money spent right at the arena itself: event tickets, entry fees, concessions, stall rentals, and everything visitors and competitors pay on-site.
• Indirect & Induced Spending — the ripple. As that first wave of spending moves outward, it supports local suppliers restocking their shelves and employees spending their paychecks at nearby restaurants, hotels, and shops. This is money the arena didn't collect directly, but wouldn't exist without it.
• Total Output — the full ring. Direct and ripple spending combined: the total new economic activity the arena generates across the county each year.
• Total Jobs (Full- and Part-Time) — the people it supports. The number of jobs, at the arena and in the businesses around it, sustained by that activity.
• Total Earnings — what those jobs pay. The combined wages earned by the people in those jobs.
• City, County & State Tax Revenues — the ripple reaching shore. As that spending moves through the local economy, a portion of it returns as tax revenue — split here by which level of government collects it.
• Total Tax Revenues — all three combined. The full annual tax return this project is projected to generate for the community.
